My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If applicable, check your tracking number. If your package seems lost or delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@marleys-stickers.ca. We'll work with UPS to investigate and do our best to ensure you receive your order or an appropriate replacement.
I received the wrong item or a damaged product, how can I fix this?
We're sorry that happened! Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@marleys-stickers.ca with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we'll offer a replacement or refund.
Something is missing from my order, who do I contact?
Email us at info@marleys-stickers.ca with your order number and details of the missing item. We'll review your order and make sure anything missing is resolved.
Can I made changes to my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly (usually within 3-5 business days). If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do I submit a custom design for stickers or party packs?
Use the custom sticker request or custom party pack form on our website, linked below, to submit your sticker design or party pack details. If you have any questions about file types or instructions, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
All sales are final because items are handmade or limited edition. Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or large events?
Yes! Use the bulk order form on our website, linked below, to submit your request. We'll review your order and provide a quote or guidance for your bulk order or event.
