We hope you love your stickers and products. Here’s how returns and refunds work:
 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and sometimes limited-edition nature of our items, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@marleys-stickers.ca with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
 

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue. While we cannot control courier delays, we will do our best to ensure you receive your order or an appropriate replacement.
