All regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer during high-demand seasons, special promotions, or custom orders.

We use UPS for most deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Delays & Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, courier strikes, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue. While we cannot control courier delays, we will do our best to ensure you receive your order or an appropriate replacement.
