All regular orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, special promotions, or for custom orders.

Local Pickup/Delivery (Greater Saint John Area)

Customers in the Greater Saint John area may choose free local pickup or delivery at checkout.

Local customers may also select regular shipping instead, if preferred, and standard shipping timelines will apply.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are sent via UPS.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after processing.

International Shipping

International shipping is available outside of Canada, excluding the United States of America.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated after your order is placed and reviewed by the carrier. You will be contacted with the final shipping cost and estimated arrival before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
